Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
By direct bank transfer. Choose how many months you want on the Subscribe page, transfer the amount shown to one of our bank accounts (HNB or Commercial Bank of Ceylon - SWIFT codes provided for international transfers), and upload your receipt. Access is unlocked once the payment is verified, usually within 1-24 hours.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are listed in USD. Sri Lankan customers also see the LKR equivalent at today’s exchange rate on the Subscribe page, and can transfer in rupees.
Can I pay for several months at once?
Yes - pay for exactly as many months as you like (monthly price × months), or a full year at the yearly rate. There is no auto-billing and no stored card: you only ever pay what you choose to transfer.
Are there refunds?
No - all payments are final once made. Use the 7-day free trial to fully evaluate GEMINV before paying. See our Refund Policy for details.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. After that, access pauses and your data is kept for a grace period - renew any time to pick up exactly where you left off.

Yes - every new business gets a 7-day free trial with full access and no payment required. When it ends, pay by bank transfer to keep your data. If you do not subscribe, the workspace may be removed after a short grace period.
