Refund Policy

GEMINV subscriptions are paid by direct bank transfer to our bank accounts (shown on the Subscribe page), for the number of months you choose. After transferring, you upload your payment receipt and we verify it manually - typically within 1-24 hours during business hours. Your access is extended as soon as the payment is verified.

Once a payment has been made, it is final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including unused time, change of mind, or early cancellation. Please make use of the 7-day free trial - which gives you full access with no payment required - to decide whether GEMINV is right for your business before paying.

This no-refund policy is shown at the point of payment, and by transferring a payment you accept it. The only exception is where a refund is strictly required by applicable law.

Because payment is manual and upfront, you are always in control: pay for one month, several months, or a year at a time. There is no auto-billing, no stored payment method, and no surprise charges - if you don’t transfer a new payment, nothing is ever taken from you.

To stop using GEMINV, simply don’t pay for the next period. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for; no refund is issued for the remainder of a paid period.

When your paid period ends without renewal, access is paused but your data is kept safe for a grace period so you can pick up where you left off. If you don’t renew, your workspace and its data may be permanently deleted after that grace period. We send reminders before anything happens.

If you believe you transferred the wrong amount, transferred twice, or your receipt was rejected in error, contact us right away - genuine transfer mistakes are resolved directly with you before any access decision is made.
